I just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to everyone at Fires and Heating for the exceptional service they have provided to us over the last few days. From getting the quote, to completing paperwork, and the boiler installation itself, we have been impressed the whole way through the process. Everyone we have dealt with has been so friendly and helpful – Bob, Wayne and Neil did a great job with the installation and worked hard to get the job complete on time as well as taking time to explain the logistics of what they were doing. Wayne also took time to explain the functions of the boiler and thermostat controls and to tidy up once the job was complete.
